Event Overview

The title of facility manager brings many diverse responsibilities. Very few jobs provide an employee with such tremendous responsibility and exposure. This creates an environment of excitement and continuous improvement opportunity. It’s like owning a business with out all the risk. Although the facility manager is not an executive manager, the FM must have an entrepreneurial mindset. You must treat your position like a business. That means making strategic decisions that have positive results. This is going to require a philosophy of continuous improvement; you must always challenge the norm, looking for a more efficient way to conduct your business.

Each year, we have the privilege of working with dozens of corporate clients and hundreds (if not thousands) of facility managers. Not just locally, but internationally as well. By working with these distinguished clients and by working alongside some of this industries most respected lecturers, consultants, authors and professors, we have built a vast knowledge base. Most of the information and techniques that we’ve uncovered can be described as “transferable knowledge”. Simply put, this knowledge can be transferred to others without much difficulty. Don’t reinvent the wheel. There is an excellent chance that somebody has already blazed the trail that you are attempting to travel. They’ve done the hard work! Find out who they are and what they did (and avoid their mistakes!) and you’ll save countless hours of frustration and wasted money.

It is our sincere desire that the information you receive in this seminar benefits you individually as a professional and your organization as well. We look forward to the opportunity to help you grow!
