David A. Casavant, CFM is an International Facilities Management Consultant specialized in Workplace productivity, process re-engineering and emergency planning in the commercial real estate arena. His consulting practice and workshops focus on easy to implement and common sense solutions to today’s complex business problems.

David is an authorized OSHA trainer, BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute) Trainer and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) by International Facility Managers Association (IFMA).

His book “Emergency Preparedness for Facilities - A Guide to Safety Planning and Business Continuity”, is receiving rave reviews for its numerous best practices, ease of use and digital plans. Mr. Casavant was the recipient of the 2003 Distinguished Author award by the International Facility Managers Association (IFMA).
