It is no accident that most successful business leaders have a good understanding of the principles of finance.

Survival and growth in the early stages of a project depends on careful financial planning and control. And conversely, one of the most common reasons for business failure is a breakdown in the basics of financial discipline and control.

This course addresses the core skills in finance, accounting, budgeting and costing which all managers require for effective contribution to organizational performance.

The lecturer uses many examples, stories, case studies and videos to illustrate the principles of finance and accounting with practical, real world examples.
