How do I register for a TCQ TRIANGLE course?

Go to On-Line Registration page, fill in the fields and select one of the workshops that we offer and click submit. This will bring you to an initial confirmation page which indicates that your information is being transmitted to us. However, if you do not hear from us within the next 48 hours, please contact us by phone or fax. Alternatively, you can fill in the registration form included in the course brochure and fax to +1 302 295 6297

How will I know when my registration is confirmed?

Once you have registered for the course that you have chosen, you will receive an email registration confirmation telling you that you are registered for the course. This will be followed by an invoice prepared by our accounts department for your action.

How about the payment terms?

Full payment is required within 5 days from receipt of invoice unless otherwise as stated in the invoice. TCQ TRIANGLE reserve the right to refuse admission, if payment is not received on time.

How can I make the payment?

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Draft/Cheque.

Cancellations

What is your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

If you are unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate in your place. If this is not possible, a $100 service charge will be payable. Registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event must be paid in full. Cancellation must be received in writing by mail or fax before two weeks of the event. Non-payments and non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

What if TCQ TRIANGLE cancels/postpones a seminar that I am registered to attend?

At times, we may need to change, postpone, or cancel a course date. We will try to give registrants as much advance notice as possible of any change. If you are unable to attend a course at the revised date, we will credit 100% of any prepaid workshop fees against a future workshop, or, if requested, refund those fees. However, we will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.

Travel and Accommodations

Can TCQ TRIANGLE help me make travel arrangements?

Travel arrangements such as booking a flight or renting a car are left up to the course participant. TCQ TRIANGLE does not make travel arrangements.

Can TCQ TRIANGLE help me make hotel reservations?

TCQ TRIANGLE can assist you in making hotel reservations in the city where the event is being scheduled. We also assist you in getting special discounted room rates for you. However, this may not be possible in case the event is scheduled at a peak season in certain cities where most hotels are fully booked.
